Carpool Options
Whether you are flying or driving in from another State, driving in from a few hours out, or heading over from just down the road, you have options! For Las Vegas attendees, we have set up a carpool list for those who need a ride, so please check out the detailed breakdown!

Driving into Las Vegas from the High Desert will have you have you on the road for about 3 hours. If you want to stay the whole time (5th-12th) we have easy transport options!

For those who want to come to Vegas but not necessarily for the entire time, we've set up a carpool list in case anyone wants to come in or head out together. This will keep costs down for those who need to cover gas or not stay as long as we are.

We don't recommend missing out on any day, as we've planned plenty for everyone's tastes, but for those who wish to keep it light, we do understand!
Ontario/Rialto
The stays we have booked in Rialto and Ontario are about 20 minutes drive from our Venue, and are in great areas for exploring/shopping in the Inland Empire. Transport from Las Vegas on the 12th will bring everyone back to the High Desert, then on to our hotel blocks for ease.

We have booked hotel room blocks at three affiliated hotels in Ontario near the Venue for those who may wish to use them.

Alternatively, we have beds/rooms available in a Bridal stay and a Groom's stay, both of which are in Rialto. All hotel blocks and Rialto stays are equidistant from the Venue (approx. 20 minutes), so where you choose to stay doesn't make much of a difference to travel distance!

All stays are in the general vicinity of multiple shopping centres, so there is plenty to do nearby! We will provide brochures for those unacquainted with the area on arrival.
Six Flags Day
Mark is a rollercoaster lover, and Six Flags has been a particular draw for him since childhood. He's been a few times now and wants to share his love of the place with everyone, so here's the info if you decide you want to go!

The cost of attending the Six Flags Magic Mountain Trip we will be taking on the 13th of May will include the discounted group Flash Pass ticket price and your portion of the transportation and parking costs.

We currently estimate that this will cost approx. $135 per person, which is actually a great deal considering that Flash Pass ticket prices are typically extortionate!

There are lots of different types of rides and attractions at Six Flags, so check out their website to decide if you'd like to join! Rides | Six Flags Magic Mountain

Venue Info
Hidden Acres is a hidden gem, which we found by searching (just for kicks and giggles) for "Scotland, California". Imagine our surprise when we found this pretty little spot tucked away in the mountains, 30 minutes from my mom's house!

Our Venue is a beautiful little oasis tucked into the folds of the mountains near Ontario. The weather in May in this area is expected to be warm without intense heat, and lightly breezy without rough winds.
The Venue is separated into two halves: Bella Terra and Lakeside. Our chosen side is Bella Terra, which has an almost Italian Vineyard feel, a small stream, and roaming horses, while the other side has an unfenced lake and a rustic wooden vibe.

Guests are asked to stay within our half of the Venue, and respect the very strict ZERO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL POLICY.

Las Vegas
This one is for the wild ones, the partiers, the max-ers and relaxers! We've booked a 7 Bedroom Villa and two hotel blocks for those who care to join us in celebrating our Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties!

Let's get this party started! From house parties and nightclubs to sphere shows and hotspot exploring, we have so much planned!
It's entirely up to you what you take part in and what you skip, but be warned, it's first come first served and deadlines are strict!
Room blocks are available at Planet Hollywood or the Flamingo. All RSVP's for stays, transport, and events need to be in by our final deadline, the 16th of March, 2026.

Please go to our Events Page to see all the options and get booked in!
Preparation
From Las Vegas to the Wedding Day, packing lists to party gear, and BYOB to provided amenities, here's everything we could think of that you might want or need to know!

I am still researching everything you may need to do/bring with you, so please check back after Christmas for the details!
Transportation
Our transportation from Las Vegas to Ontario/Rialto will include a drop off back in the High Desert, so we've booked a great option for the comfort and convenience of everyone! If you're wanting to leave Vegas before the 12th, check out our carpool lists!

We have sourced a lovely Executive Shuttle Bus that will take all of our Las Vegas guests and their luggage to Ontario when we are finished enjoying Vegas on Tuesday the 12th of May.

The Shuttle Bus seats 34 passengers, but if we have more or less guests that RSVP, there are options to upgrade to a 55-seater or downgrade as needed. The cost per person for transport will vary depending on the number of guest RSVP's we receive, but we currently estimate the cost for transport be approx. $95 per person.
