Welcome to our wedding website, where you'll find everything you need to know to prepare and be there for our big day! We're regularly updating the site to include any new or updated information, so be sure to check back in if there's any info you're waiting on that hasn't yet been added.
About Us
Mark is a proud Scottish man in his early thirties. He is a generally reserved, secure, and very quiet person, but in the company of those he feels most comfortable with, he is a wild, goofy, hysterical, quirky weirdo who loves all things related to comedy, astronomy, physics, cars, planes, and science in general.

Amelia is a mixed race multi-national woman also in her early thirties. She was born and raised in the United States, but often visited family in Wales and England in childhood and saw them as homes away from home. Amelia is a mix of all sorts in regards to personality and interests, so as well as sharing Mark's main interests (except for the cars and planes) the best way to describe her would simply be versatile!
Thanks to some serendipitous (to say the least!) circumstances, the two of us met online during the 2020 COVID pandemic. We are endlessly grateful to have found each other. Ours is a weird and wild story to be sure,!
We just want to say thank you for being a part of that story, and we are so excited to invite you to join us in celebrating the start of the rest of our lives together.

Wedding Info
While monetary gifts are most welcome & deeply appreciated, PLEASE do not allow any lack of this to affect your decision to come to the wedding or any prior events! People over paper - what we want most is your PRESENCE, not your presents! :)
GIFTS
The venue will begin welcoming guests at 4 pm, & the ceremony will start at 5 pm. Please try to arrive by no later than 4:30pm, as all guests must be seated by 4:45pm. Detailed timelines for the full wedding day will be available here one month before the big day.
TIMELINE
Both our Ceremony and reception will be held at our venue, Hidden Acres Events, (955 Lytle Creek Rd) Please don't discuss our date or location with anyone who is not invited. We are hoping to keep the day as private and peaceful as possible!
VENUE
Our venue has areas that are unsafe for children: an unfenced lake & open field with horses. We prefer for any children to stay home, but we know that sometimes is not possible. Any children must be invited and closely supervised, so please ask us if you want or need to bring a child with you. Please don't bring any guests, kids, teens, or babies uninvited. As a safety precaution, our venue will not let anyone in or out with a child if their names aren't linked together on the guest list.
CHILDREN
All guests must be invited, so please let us know if you would like to bring anyone with you well in advance. This goes for friends, family, kids, & dates. Anyone without their name on the guest list at the entrance to the venue will sadly not be allowed to enter. :(
DATES / + 1'S
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know! There will be a vegan dinner option, and there is a dedicated area on the RSVP form to list any allergies/ special requirements, but please contact us directly if you have additional concerns/questions!
DIET OPTIONS
We want everyone to have the best time possible, so there will be a pre-paid bar and sober options for all our guests. PLEASE NOTE : NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR is allowed, you will be forced to leave & even possibly face a fine ! ! PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY !
